Don't waste your time driving to 'make a deal' Drove (2) hours to test drive a USED vehicle they had listed on both Cars.com and Autotrader.com. Had put a deposit on it earlier in the week and as told that the vehicle would still have to be on the lot for sale, but we would have first chance to purchase if someone locally made an offer. Upon arrival, we found that they had dropped the purchase price $800 on the window sticker. So, after test driving (the vehicle WAS all they said it was), we started the negotiation and was told that the window sticker price was a "mistake". Even after that, we were within $495 of making a deal ($1000 less than the window sticker) they would not negotiate any further. So they basically lost a sale over less than $500. And it wasn't like people were in and out of the place hole we were there- it was basically dead. No fault of the salesperson that we could tell- but the management stinks! More

Very pleased with the service It was over 13 years since I had purchased a truck and my experience at Four Seasons Ford was really pleasing. I was not hassled or pushed to get a vehicle that I did not have any interest in or something way out of my monthly spending budget. The people there were very polite and nice. My wife and I both would definitely suggest anybody looking for a vehicle to check out Four Seasons first. Andrew and Lacy were both very nice and professional sales people, they worked with us to get us the lowest price they could and bent over backwards to help in any way. More

He told me he was having a great month and was close to 30 sales for the month. I can most definitely see why and I am so glad I can be part of that . The payment was a bit more than I wanted to pay but in the long run the better has mileage and piece of mind will more 5ham make up for it. Jeff Patton was a great indivual to work with and I would highly recommend him. He did not pressure me and listened to what I wanted and needed in a vehicle. My Sincerest thanks Jeff. More
"Awful service experience" They gave me a bad diagnostic test for my truck. Ended up paying $548.00 for a thing that did not need to be fixed. I feel like he is looking for non-existent problems to fix... plus he has an attitude. Don the service manager is just the same. I asked for a different mechanic to work on my truck and he refused. Don was not friendly at all. He refused to give me the money back for the parts I paid and did not need... and for the things "they did supposedly fixed". My car was not fixed after paying that $$$ amount because they diagnosed the wrong problem. After I took the car from them... the car had the same problems as previously. I would say...stay away from such headaches and save yourselves some money. More
Awful Experience The WORST car-buying experience ever. I bought a Nissan Armada off of their used lot on March 25th. Two weeks later it began smoking heavily upon st The WORST car-buying experience ever. I bought a Nissan Armada off of their used lot on March 25th. Two weeks later it began smoking heavily upon startup. Took the vehicle back in to have it checked out by their service department with the promise that they would "make it right." My vehicle sat at the dealership for over 2.5 weeks and every time I called to check on it, no one knew what to do with it. The operations manager said he would get with the Service guy and I called the service department and they had been given no direction on what to do with it. After my persistence in calling and checking on it, they sent it off to the Nissan dealership to have them look at it where again it sat. Hunter Nissan was much more helpful so I dealt directly with them instead of Four Seasons Ford. The Nissan dealership said I needed a new engine and estimated a cost of $3k-$4k. After contacting Ford to let THEM know what Nissan said, they told me the vehicle was operable and that I'd just need to keep an eye on the oil. I decided to get an independent opinion from General Auto and they informed me I would need an engine replacement or the vehicle would blow up on me. After being given a quote closer to $5k to fix it, I told them I would contact the dealership to see if they would help me out with meeting me halfway on the costs or letting me trade the vehicle in for a different one. I spoke with John, the General Manager at Four Seasons over the phone and he ensured me that he would "bend over backwards" to help me if I found a vehicle I wanted. That evening I showed up on the lot and did not see anything other than a 2011 Armada that was listed for $27,700 online. Chris, the used car salesman went down to the new lot building to "run some numbers" to see what was the "best" John could do for me. After literally 45 minutes or more of waiting by myself on the used lot, Chris came back with 2 sheets of paper...The first paper offered me a trade-in value of $5900 LESS than what I paid for it a month and a half ago from THEIR LOT!!! The second paper was supposed to be a "much better" deal showing where they "helped" me out by giving me a trade-value that was $3900 less than what I paid for it!!! On top of this, there was not even a reduction on the sticker price of the Armada! The fair purchase value of this vehicle on Kelley Blue Book is $25k and Four Seasons Ford was not even willing to come off the sticker price. So after Screwing me over on a bad vehicle they wanted me to pay $3k over the asking price for the 2011 Armada. Needless to say, I was irate at the whole situation and asked for the owner's email address. It took the salesman another 15 minutes just to find it for me. I wrote Roger an email on Friday, giving him the opportunity to hear my frustrations and make things right. Unfortunately he (just like the operations manager) didn't even have the decency to write me back! I am furious at the audacity of a dealership as big as Four Seasons to treat me in the manner I have been treated. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from this dealership and I'll encourage everyone I come in contact with to avoid this place like the plague!! More

They drove my car told us how much we had to have as a down payment and sent the truck to the shop to be fixed. They called us at work and told us to bring the car and title and that we would be driving the truck home that evening. When we arrived nothing was ready like we were told over the phone. Our application had not been processed like we were told and the manager had no idea what was going on. His salesman hadn't told him anything that was going on. The manager takes us into his office and assures us that everything will be fine. He says he's gonna talk to the bank his self,promises us he won't sell the truck,and ask us to give him 24 hours to call us back. The next day he leaves two voice mails saying he has wonderful news for us on one and on the second he says you have the truck....we called back to find out what we had to bring back with us and he does a 360 saying the bank wouldn't give us the loan. He sold the truck before we called back after promising us he wouldn't... Bad business I think.....they jerked us around for nearly 2 weeks and then let us down. More
