Right out of the gate I get hit with question after question for the first ten minutes. Then when I stated that I wasn’t sure if I was buying that same day or not she immediately started acting like I was just a big waste of her time. From then on it was nothing but sarcastic or condescending remarks and rude short answers to even the simplest questions. I had to ask several times to test drive a truck she didn’t want me to since I wasn’t sure I was buying that day. I also had a friend recently buy a vehicle from here and they couldn’t even be bothered to fill the tank! This place is terrible. Their loss I ended up buying two explorers a day later. And when I called to speak to a manager about their awful employee (Brooke) he acted like I was bothering him and didn’t offer a solution or even apologize. Definitely will not be back and I will tell everyone I know to stay far away. More
Four Seasons Ford Hendersonville NC~Shoddy Work Ripoff I find out my car needs a $1500 repair because Ford Season's Ford Hendersonville NC did a shoddy tuneup and didn't gap the spark plugs which led to co I find out my car needs a $1500 repair because Ford Season's Ford Hendersonville NC did a shoddy tuneup and didn't gap the spark plugs which led to coil pack & PCM/ECM failure(pcm is $1000). Tuneup was 5000 miles ago. Car only has 100k. It shouldn't need a new PCM. Never had to replace one on any vehicle. I had a tuneup done on another car & the spark plug wires went bad after 5000 miles. Neither car was/is safe to drive. I'm guessing they replaced the parts with used ones but I paid for new parts. Another car had a lock actuator replaced on the driver window but when I got the car back the rear windows were messed up. They said they didn't know what was causing the problems. The rear windows worked fine until they put in the actuator. Offered to replace the window regulator for another $595 but didn't know if that was the issue. Yet another vehicle they charged $800 to replace the coil pack & do a tuneup. When the CEL came back on they said I needed a new engine for $5500. I took it somewhere else. It needed a valve job for $1444. They couldn't tell my warranty company what was wrong. The service advisor/tech lied and said it had 80psi on all cylinders. No cylinder leakdown test. It had normal compression on all cylinders except one which had 46 psi because it was cracked. They told me it was ok to take on a trip. I didn't know it was cracked. It took them an entire year on another vehicle to replace the engine. I've always had my cars serviced & bought my vehicles here. But no more. For me, this was the final straw. They threw on old parts from the shop floor on my car then expected I'd come back & give them more money in a few months when it broke down. Now I have no idea how many times I was taken advantage of by this dealer & scummy service advisors/techs who have no idea what they're doing. I've tried contacting them about the issues. They don't return calls or emails. For anyone who has had good service with no issues, great, but you never know when its going to be like mine or how many times you've been charged for faulty parts or told to replace parts that don't need it like an engine. Ordinarily, I wouldn't post a review but under the circumstances this was the last straw. I've given them more than one chance to be honest. I just didn't know how dishonest they are. I feel it is time people know who they're dealing with. If they choose to go back and get swindled then it's on them. They can't say they weren't warned. This used to be a good dealership before changing ownership. Now they're shyster's and people I know who want a brand new Ford have to go to Asheville or Greenville SC and that is a shame. Why would I take my car to Four Season's Ford Hendersonville NC to repair something they caused? All I can say is beware of Four Season's Ford in Hendersonville North Carolina. You never know when you will be one of the unlucky ones. More
2015 F150 disaster My new F150 was flooded with water and the service dept extracted & deodorized my truck. My husband who has Multiple Sclerosis has a low immune system My new F150 was flooded with water and the service dept extracted & deodorized my truck. My husband who has Multiple Sclerosis has a low immune system susceptible to mole & mildew and uses a cane. When I picked up my truck, the service clerk gave me my key and walked away, never took or told me where my truck is parked.. I lifted the drivers mat up & it was soaking wet & smelled like a cheap deodorizer that faded away after a few days. I spoke to Jennifer L from Customer service who told me to take it to another dealership which I did & sent a letter to Jennifer & Ford telling them how my truck was wet & smelled like mildew. The only thing they will do is change the carpet , as you know mildew does not go away! Supervisor James gave me the same speech & lack of compassion for a handicapped person. I owned a chevrolet truck prior and I will never buy a Ford again. As an activist for WNC I will be passing the word and highly recommend to stay away from Ford! More

I had phoned ahead and Jonathan Lexow, Service Advisor said he would stay beyond closing time and wait for me. I arrived, we the truck was offloaded, and the forms were completed. I inquired about rental cars. This was past closing times for all the local rental agencies. He found a loaner from the dealership. Soon I was on my way. The fuel pump was the issue and covered under warranty. The part was ordered the next day. The part was installed the following day and I was phoned by 9 AM of the repair. The hospitality and quick repair was greatly appreciated. . More

Horrible Service Department I bought a 2016 Ford F150 from a private party with just over 10,000 miles on it. It has the 2.7 twin turbo V6 in it. I chose it for what I hoped wa I bought a 2016 Ford F150 from a private party with just over 10,000 miles on it. It has the 2.7 twin turbo V6 in it. I chose it for what I hoped was better MPG than the V8's. In a month and the last four fill up's, I saw my MPG drop from 17-19 MPG combined to 9.23 on my last fill up with only 13,230 miles on the truck. I brought the truck to Four Seasons. Troy seemed annoyed that I was leaving it after he told me ahead a time that they wouldn't find anything wrong with it, if the computer didn't say anything was wrong. He also said that the MPG was normal in the Winter, because fuel is different then. I told him that the drop in MPG was not normal. I left the truck all day. When I picked it up they showed me a screen shot of fuel history from one of the guys driving my truck down to Saluda and back. I asked them if they had a computer print out for fuel history or something saying nothing was wrong with the truck. They said they couldn't print anything. I called Asheville Ford who told me that they could print out a fuel history showing trends since the battery was connected. Randy at Asheville also told me other things could affect fuel economy that would not trigger a check engine light or sensor. If I brought it to them, they would be happy to manually look at the turbo's, the induction, and entire fuel system. Anything that could abnormally drop my MPG like that. I made an appointment with them, but after driving the truck another 50 miles, I re-checked the mileage and was at 9.23 MPG. I left the gas station and drove straight to Boyd Chevrolet and traded the truck. I didn't want to have to ever deal with Four Seasons Ford again and wanted a vehicle that I could service in the same city I live in. Hopefully when Troy or Rick sees "my" truck come back in with the new owner, and they will, I hope they take a play from the Asheville Fords playbook and thoroughly check out that truck this time. Maybe I should have offered to open the hood for them. No one should pay that kind of money for a truck that Ford has 19/25, combined MPG of 21 on the sticker and be told that 9-11 MPG is normal! Customer Service does not exist - Shelby cobra GT500 Their service department is the most inept group of people I have ever met. They do not act like they like there jobs. The new owner has driven this g Their service department is the most inept group of people I have ever met. They do not act like they like there jobs. The new owner has driven this great dealership into the ground. Easler ran this dealership so much better. I will not ever step a foot on this property as long as the gregg’s Own it. It took 2 and 1/2 weeks to replace a simple clutch, had no loner vehicle, stated first come first serve. They sold us an inferior insurance (extended warranty) then denied the claim. Should not be able to sell a product that is useless. When they released my vehicle after I paid 3500 in cost (ransom) they had a snide comment about having to replace a after market battery, that battery was new, they left the doors open for the 2 and 1/2 weeks, that ran it down. The also charged 125 to replace it without permission. On another occasion I took my 2015 explorer sport because my battery died, they told me on a Monday that it would be Thursday before they could look at it, and could not promise that they would get to it then. I told them that Thursday did not help me at all. Complained to owner and got it replaced that day. Should not have to complain to get decent customer service. More

Go in to pick up vehicle and immediately discover THE DAMAGE WAS NOT REPAIRED. Told maybe no one told body shop what to repair. Clearly service department made no effort to inspect repairs nor did salesman who shook my hand to close deal nearly a month beforehand. H. Told that it might be more efficient to bring vehicle for repairs myself and let dealership pick up the bill I. Blow off my inquiry as to compensation for recieving damaged vehicle after paying "new vehicle" price, "we will have to open case with Ford Motor Company and see what they say. J. Still no apology for weeks of delays, no apology for selling me damaged vehicle as new vehicle, and no apology for telling me its been repaired when I hasn't. As i write this, vehicle is still not repaired, but my check to dealership was long been cashed. BUYER BEWARE: Paid cash for new vehicle and gotten nothing in return except the runaround. I'm appalled, frustrated, and forced to take legal action. More
