Terrible ownership and management.Quick Lane forgot to tighten the oil filter during an oil change and it caused all the oil to leak out and the motor locked up. I had to have the motor replaced.The Servi tighten the oil filter during an oil change and it caused all the oil to leak out and the motor locked up. I had to have the motor replaced.The Service Department manager was helpful and friendly but it took over a month to get my truck back and I never heard anything from the management.You would think with such a major issue like this someone would call and apologize but apparently the ownership doesn’t care about customer service. Great Sales and I have searched for the perfect car for my granddaughter and saw a description for a good car. When I arrived, It was sold, But a salesperson came galloping up on the chariot and stropped me from leaving with his great personality and sidekick. They pointed out a better car. Josh and Garrett did a wonderful and professional presentation about the "whys" of this vehicle and convinced me to give it a try..I later returning with my wife and Josh did a great job selling her on the vehicle and we bought it. Not my usual dealer, but Josh and Garrett did such a good job I will come back. Good Crew and it was a great experience. More

No pressure, the salesperson, Josh Halford, was great to work with. When I took the truck in for it's first service the experience was again very satisfying. Yes, they aren't the biggest, or have the largest inventory. If you want that, go somewhere else, and feel like you are just another sale. If you want to leave the dealership feeling good about your purchase, go to Four Seasons. I promise you will leave happy. And this is not my local Ford dealer. I drove 2 hours each way to this dealership. Even for the first service. That speaks for itself. More

Terrible Service Experience As a customer of this dealership for over 22 years, I have purchased three new Expeditions and spent ten's of thousands of dollars in service. When th As a customer of this dealership for over 22 years, I have purchased three new Expeditions and spent ten's of thousands of dollars in service. When this dealership was owned by the Easler family under Brain Easler Ford and Mac Easler Ford I never had an issue with service, but since it was purchased by the Gregg family and is now run under Four Seasons Ford I have had a number of issues with unsafe work and damage. Recently I had my brand new 2019 Ford Expedition in for service. When I picked my vehicle up I immediately noticed paint damage to the area they had worked on and brought it to the attention of the service manager. I got the rolled eye treatment and was given a bottle of touch-up paint to try to fill-in the gash myself that the tech made while trying to remove a clip on the front bumper. Needless to say, the gash was to deep too fill in with paint alone, so I re-contacted the service manager regarding the damage. With no apology, I was told that they could send the vehicle out to have the bumper resprayed. After checking with three body shops, I was advised that the only way to correctly repair the damage was to replace the bumper and have it resprayed. In speaking with the service manager again, I was told that they would not pay to replace the part they damaged. I reached out to the general manager, Matt Harper and the owner Roger Gregg but have not received a return call or reply to my letter. In turn, I reached out to Kinyeta Simmons at Ford customer service who says she tried to work with the service manager on my behalf to rectify this issue, but had no success. In short, do not purchase or take your expensive vehicle to this dealer for service. This dealership will gladly take your money, but if an issue arises do not expect any reply from management as they truly do not care. Their only concern is the bottom line and if your $70k vehicle gets damaged in the course of them taking short cuts, don't be surprised. More
