Lack of communication, terrible customer service I don't even know where to begin except to say that I seriously regret trading my car here. I went on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 to look at a used Esca I don't even know where to begin except to say that I seriously regret trading my car here. I went on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 to look at a used Escape I saw online. It is a 2017 Titanium. I was looking to trade in my Explorer for something a little cheaper and more fuel efficient. The Escape had everything I wanted except leather. We negotiated them putting leather and a tow hitch on the car when I agreed to trade that evening. Chuck, sales manager, said that they would try to come pick the car up and deliver back to me when it is time to get all of this completed and they would provide me with a loaner car. I was the last customer of the day and did not leave there until after 8 pm. They sent me, a single female, out after 8pm with nearly an hour drive home with less than 1/4 tank of gas. Brooke, sales person, called me at the beginning of the following week to set up a time for me to drop the car off on Wednesday as she was unable to pick it up. The leather guy had the leather in stock and would need all day Thursday into Friday to complete the job. I get it, it's out of the way for them to come to me. I asked her about a loaner car, she told me there were none available. I asked her what I was supposed to drive during the process, she said she would call me back, she never did. I arranged my own transportation and took the car at 11:00 Wednesday to drop it off. I had previously asked Brooke about the cost to have an extra key made as they only had 1 when I bought the car. She told me the cost would be $149. When I dropped the car off I told her to have the spare key made. Brooke called me around 3:30 Thursday for my credit card information to pay the key guy. Once she took the number she stated the total with everything was $189. I asked her where the extra $40 came from. She stated that she quoted me what the used car manager told her and this is the price the key guy is giving her. She has no explanation of the difference. She offered to pay me the $40 out of her pocket and I declined as that is not fair to her. I asked her what time I can pick my car up the following day and she said she would have to call me back. I asked her if the tow hitch had already been installed and she said she would find out and let me know when she called me back. She never called me back. I called on Friday to find out what time I can come get my car, as I need to arrange transportation, Brooke is not there and nobody knows where my car is. I finally get to speak to Chuck and he says he will find out where it is and call me back. I finally called him back an hour or so later. The leather guy still has my car because he did not have the leather in stock. I said I thought he did and Chuck informed me that what he had was the wrong stitching. Chuck offered me a loaner car for the weekend as my car will be finished Monday or Tuesday. I call Monday and am unable to speak with anyone and nobody calls me back. I call Tuesday and neither Brooke or Chuck are there. The receptionist informs me that my car will not be completed until tomorrow. The loaner car is only written out to me until Tuesday, she said she will have the used sales manager call me back. I am still waiting.... I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Ever. More
Very poor service I made an appointment for 11 am to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I was told that they would bring the car into the garage at 12.
