The entire purchase experience was enjoyable and we experienced excellent customer service especially with Chris, our salesperson. We ended up leaving with a brand new EcoSport and it fits what we needed perfectly. We're looking forward to driving it on an upcoming trip. More

i was short on time and not in dire need of a vehicle as i owned a brand new dodge ram 3500. i've always wanted a loaded ford expedition and had an itch to see what they could do to put me in one. i was as i owned a brand new dodge ram 3500. i've always wanted a loaded ford expedition and had an itch to see what they could do to put me in one. i was straight forward with what i expected and not looking for a sales pitch, however i was looking for a salesman that would do his/her best to meet my needs and do it in a timely manner without all the sales pitches. (i already knew what i wanted and had a dollar amount in my head). josh and all the staff from the GM to the finance department (David) did one xxxx of a job. They made sure i was clear on all the options for warranty (i ended up buying extra coverage) and josh familiarized me with the numerous options the vehicle i was purchasing included. friendly, comfortable, fun experience. i since had a tire pressure problem and within 1/2 hour it was rectified by the quick service department. thank you for your professionalism josh and i will be sending others your way i promise.
