(i already knew what i wanted and had a dollar amount in my head). josh and all the staff from the GM to the finance department (David) did one xxxx of a job. They made sure i was clear on all the options for warranty (i ended up buying extra coverage) and josh familiarized me with the numerous options the vehicle i was purchasing included. friendly, comfortable, fun experience. i since had a tire pressure problem and within 1/2 hour it was rectified by the quick service department. thank you for your professionalism josh and i will be sending others your way i promise.
