Brought the issue up and was told it was normal. 9/26 called Ford due to vibration and idle becoming a strong shake- they said all was fine, getting used to new parts and no other issues when they serviced it. 10/9 called Parks about issues and was told to take the car back to Ford, they kept it 10/9- 10/14. Stated no issues, no lights, everything was normal due to turbo on car. 10/15 i sent multiple videos of issues with the car to Parks, Jason responded 10/17 that he would look at it 10/21. 10/21 Jason said nothing was wrong with the car. 10/26 car was having more issues going into gear and making loud popping noises. Sent video to Jason with no response. 10/31 car broke down in middle of the road. Towed to parks and sat until 11/14. Went to ford for Jason to decline the repair and take it to Brown’s. Picked the car up 11/22 with still issues, Jason refused help due to 90 days expiring. 11/23 engine light is back on and again Jason declined help or advise on issues. 11/26, car is back at Brown’s being diagnosed. If you want a dependable, drive-able car, don’t come here. Only thing you get from this place is a headache and a car to make payments on that you never get to drive. More
The “Parks Promise” is a joke. We purchased a Yukon from them December 2023, we didn’t receive our registration until the end of March 2024. During this time, my husband was issued a ticket for a “fictitious tag” because the license plate was still registered to our vehicle that we traded in. Steven Raines was supposed to be giving us updates, which he did not. It wasn’t until Tony Triplett got involved, that anything got resolved. Now I have been waiting 2 weeks for Steven Raines to return my call about a service concern and nothing. We had our Yukon one time for service and are still cleaning grease off of our car. It was all over the interior and exterior from the technicians hands. We have also been finding miscellaneous trim pieces that are still off or not secured after they tried to find a washer fluid leak. If you are expecting any level of customer service, take your business elsewhere. More

At the closing, he reviewed all of the paperwork with me and made sure I understood it. He even provided me with a brand new manual for my car. The people all suck there. Only nice person was George I believe his name was. But of course they’re nice to you and can answer all the questions you have until the sale is secured, than anything afterwards they act like they don’t know jack crap and have the worst attitude with a simple question. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, go somewhere else, or have the car transferred to a sister property. More

I've been coming to Parks for service for my 2015 Buick Encore for a couple of years. This time, I was very unhappy with this visit. During the service to replace brakes, struts, tune-up and several other Encore for a couple of years. This time, I was very unhappy with this visit. During the service to replace brakes, struts, tune-up and several other normal maintenance service, they broke my windshield, which they replaced at no charge. Then, after paying my bill of $3452.01 I drove home. The next day, when I started my car, my tire service light came on (I mentioned this issue at the time of dropping off my car for the original service) I drove to the dealer and explained what was happening. They took my car back to the service garage and I watched as they checked the codes, then added air to all my tires. Since my bill reflected charges for tire rotation, and a reset of oil and tire monitors, I am surprised they would need to do this again. Now, I'm looking at my entire invoice and wondering what else I was charged for that was not done correctly, if at all. I will not be going using Parks Buick again. More
David Jourden and Tim Wilson went above and beyond the call on my behalf. I came in with a broken skid plate hanging off the bottom of my 2017 Buick LaCrosse. David quickly identified the problem and asked Tim if he had a replacement part Turns out the skid plate I needed is no longer used by Buick. None were in stock at the dealership. Tim went online and found one with a two-day delivery. When the new skid plate arrived David called me and I came out. The Ssrvice Department hapoened to be short-staffed tha afternoon. David installed the new skid plate for me himself. David and Tim are two gentlemen who went out of their way to help me. I'm sure their customer-centered response to my need is indicative of the responsiveness of the entire Service staff to customer needs. I'm very grateful to David and Tim. Well done!
