Shannon was very personable, patient and never pressured my parents into buying a vehicle. Instead, he focused on helping them find one based on their needs and price point. Luigi was extremely helpful and thoroughly explained every step of the financing process. He was respectful to my parents and made the “business part” of the buying process stress-free.
