This company uses deceptive borderline illegal sales tactics. I am sure if they lie to potential customers in mail fliers they do worse when negotiating a deal. I received a mailer saying I had won $500 tactics. I am sure if they lie to potential customers in mail fliers they do worse when negotiating a deal. I received a mailer saying I had won $5000. I thought it was a scam so I called the number to confirm I had won. I went to the store still assuming it was a scam but for the chance at $5000 I had to make sure. Sure enough, scam. They said they would mail me a $5 dollar gift card but it doesn’t come close to compensating the time it took to drive out there. This is the perfect allegory for your company. if you chose to screw over people in the fine print of your mailers, I am sure you use similar tactics in your sales contracts. I would like to refer you to your own "The Parks Promise" "We promise to Communicate openly, displaying fairness and Honesty in every interaction" "We Promise to do what we say we are going to do, when we say we are going to do it. And if we ever fall a little short of this standard, we promise to make things right." I believe you fell short by a factor of 1000. You sent out a mailer saying I had won $5000, the phone number listed on the flier confirmed I had won, then when I arrive you tell me I had won a $5 gift card that you "promise" will be mailed to me. Your promises are WORTHLESS. More
