Drove 2. 5 hours to this dealership to purchase a 2021 Tahoe. Scheduled an appointment with a salesman and when I got there he passed me and my fiancé off to a 5 hours to this dealership to purchase a 2021 Tahoe. Scheduled an appointment with a salesman and when I got there he passed me and my fiancé off to another salesman immediately. We stood outside and waited almost 30 minutes for someone to bring the keys to the vehicle out. The vehicle was scratched in multiple places which they claimed was not there before putting it on the lot, but only wanted to take $200 off the price and send us home with a $65,000 vehicle that is scratched in multiple places. They also added a $1000.00 fee onto the price of the vehicle for “LoJack” in case the vehicle was stolen and refused to remove the price because they have a contract with LoJack to sell their product. This was the biggest waste of my time. More

I spent $35,000 a 2013 F150. Shortly after on my way home (1.75 hours from the dealership), I noticed my truck would not go over 70mph, the radio stations were blocked and the di Shortly after on my way home (1.75 hours from the dealership), I noticed my truck would not go over 70mph, the radio stations were blocked and the display kept saying "MyKey Active". After speaking with the local Ford dealership (where i SHOULD have shopped), I learned my truck was stuck in CHILD mode and the truck SHOULD have had two keys. Also, the truck was not cleaned before I purchased it, I thought while I was doing paperwork they would clean it, WRONG. I had my toddler with me and after 3.5 hours of paperwork, I couldn't wait any longer. To add icing on top, the next day it was raining and my daughter yells from the back seat "dad I'm soaked and his car seat is getting soaked!" Almost immediately the airbag warning light came on, the roof seal was leaking and shorting out the airbag which is DANGEROUS to say the least and leaking into the truck interior! The key issue ($250), water leak ($45), air bag issue ($35) and it not being detailed ($300), I provided these quotes to the Parks Buick dealership for repairs. Of course, they blamed me for the key issue, and opted for the cheapest repair. Since it was sold with only one key, there was no way for me to know that it was locked down and they refused to help. I spoke with my salesman, Parks customer service agent and the general sales manager even refuses to help. They'll sell you a vehicle and leave you hanging shortly after. Shoo somewhere else. Wasn't worth the drive nor the money spent on the vehicle. More

This dealership sold me a lemon. Man who sold it to me has since died but never the less, the dealership used it for a demo so they knew before they sold it to me that the truck has issues.
