When I called the service advisor said I didn’t have any more oil changes. I knew that I was suppose to be covered until 2026. I had made arrangements to go somewhere else. I decided to try calling again an more oil changes. I knew that I was suppose to be covered until 2026. I had made arrangements to go somewhere else. I decided to try calling again and found out he was wrong. I talked a different person and arranged an appointment. My issue is that everyone should get on the same page. We purchased a used Cadillac Escalade and there were several cosmetic issues that were promised to be fixed by the salesman and sales manager, Pete. When we would call to schedule the work, we would get several cosmetic issues that were promised to be fixed by the salesman and sales manager, Pete. When we would call to schedule the work, we would get the run around and a “we’ll call you right back”, with no call. When we finally got pretty upset, the work was scheduled (8 months later) but it was a patch job and not done to our satisfaction. I would NEVER recommend the dealership to anyone! If you want exceptional service, you best go to Kernersville Dodge. They go above and beyond what is expected! More
