Sent me home on E and with no spare key, bought a $40,000 car and they couldn’t even bother to fill it up. Wasn’t until I called them 4 different that they told me to come back and they would give me a spare car and they couldn’t even bother to fill it up. I called and said I’m coming with $5k check, show up and car hasn’t moved. Finish all paper work, call hasn’t move. Said I’ll be back at 5 o’clock to pick up. Show up and car still hasn’t moved. Tye was excellent. He was positive and handled himself very professionally. He helped us and our daughter get a used car from a Parks in VA as her first car purchase.
