Good experience. The dealer was nice and courteous. They let us drive the car home over night to see if we liked the vehicle. It did take a while to get the paperwork The dealer was nice and courteous. They let us drive the car home over night to see if we liked the vehicle. It did take a while to get the paperwork done for the car as they were very busy. We waited at least 3 hours until we can start signing paperwork. I fee that we should have been offered something to make up for our wait (free set of floor mats, etc). The dealer did address a few concerns that we had about the Lexus. I like the fact that the 30 day warranty is included. The price was high to start with (above market value) but we were able to negoitiate a fair price (not the deal of the lifetime , but fair to both parties). More
