I purchased a 2017 Yukon Denali from Vestal Buick GMC in December 2017 and had the most pleasant car buying experience EVER! My fiance' was in the market for a new truck, so we decided to give Vestal another opportunity to earn our business. My motto in life is..."Take the Trip, Buy the Shoes and Eat the Cake!" So, we took the Trip back to Vestal seven months later to purchase a new GMC Sierra 1500 SLT! Vestal IS the Icing on the Cake!! We dealt with different people this time around and it was just as pleasant as the first time. Vestal gave us an incredible deal and the entire transaction was smooth and pleasant. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and provided outstanding customer service as well as everyone we dealt with from the Sales Manager to the Finance Manager. We drove three hours and it was well worth it! The salesman actually communicated with us via phone during the trip to the dealership and had everything ready to go when we arrived. He explained all the features on the truck in detail and assisted us with a few questions we had on the Denali. You have two customers for life! Your sign in the showroom says it all and you are most deserving of new customers.
