Couldn’t drive the cat for 1.5 months. I purchased the car on May 3 of this year, and when I didn’t have my registration by July 16th I called to see what was taking so long. I was told that there was an issue with getting the title from Enterprise rent a car, and they were working on the issue. Since they didn’t have the title, they couldn’t transfer my plate from my trade in to the new car, so I had to use a loaner vehicle and leave my brand new (to me) car in their lot while they tried to fix it. It took 1.5 months to get the title from Enterprise, I finally got my car back yesterday August 30th. The people I spoke with at the dealership were very polite, and they did try to make my experience better (they paid the car payment for the 2 months they had it on their lot, and paid for a new plate and handled all the fees), but this in conjunction with issues that I had getting the loan (incorrect income used to get approval for the loan) means I am only giving 2 stars. More
