BUT the moment I walked into the showroom, spoke to the receptionist and then met Shannon, I felt like I was in the right place. Shannon was so patient with me, and carefully listened to what my needs were. He took the time to go over ALL of my questions. He even had the Service supervisor speak with me (he was also so very helpful and pleasant). When it came to speaking with the Finance department- Luigi he was absolutely AWESOME also, He explained everything to me and found me a better interest rate.. I cannot express the feeling of thankfulness from working with Shannon and everyone at Vestal, I feel like everyone did everything to make sure I was taken care of, without feeling like i was in a high pressured sales arena. Even now after the purchase and going back over my credit and purchase details, I know Finance did not "cheat me on interest rates" and with Shannon's help i was able to make the right choice i needed to purchase the right vehicle. I feel so blessed I decided to visit Vestal.
