Worst customer service experience in my life Dropped off my car for repair with a working key fob. Paid my $1,000.00 bill and they returned my keys with a smashed and broken key fob. When I told the manager about this he efused to believe that they were at fault.....craziest experience i ever had. Maybe if I was wearing my suit and tie I would have been treated with more respect. They basicaly questioned my integrity. I assured them it (key fob) was in good condition when I dropped it off. They would not hear any of it. I told another manager that he just lost a customer and he said "okay". I have an expensive Enclave and spent 3k with them in the last 3 months. Not sure what they are thinking. 245,000 miles on my Enclave. Can't believe they don't see me as a prospect for a new car - especially since I specifically asked to test drive the 2019 Enlave while they fixed my car. The repair on my vehicle appears to be fine but it doesn't help to fix something and then break something else, I won't be back for service or to buy a new car. Their loss! More
