I bought my truck new when the dealership was Vestal’s. Then Parks acquired it and I have continued with my service needs there. I always have good friendly service and updates during service via text. Eli Then Parks acquired it and I have continued with my service needs there. I always have good friendly service and updates during service via text. Elie Anzi (my service tech) did a great job at hearing my concerns of a couple of issues and fully understood what would need to be done to correct the issues. He kept me informed as service was completed. Although my Truck was not finished that day I know that the service department was very busy and short handed and everyone was very apologetic and I understood. I brought the Truck in around 1 pm and I did not need it back that day anyway. Thanks for the service I received from Elie and everyone. Also Elie set me up with a shuttle through Lift and I was picked up promptly and taken home also at the time there was a thunder storm going on. More
