Every time I schedule a visit on line I get a call back telling me that visit cannot be honored. This has happened 4-5 times now. Then I have to go through a service tech calling me and setting up a servi telling me that visit cannot be honored. This has happened 4-5 times now. Then I have to go through a service tech calling me and setting up a service call 2 weeks out from the date available on line. This visit in question was to be a waiting visitor, I get there and was told it’s a drop off , I’m like ok I’m waiting. Luckily the service was completed in a little over an hour Need to get the scheduling right. If there are no appointments then they need to blocked on line - not have two different appointment books one for online to look hood for the business then the real one in house More

When I pulled up to the service area I was greeted by a nice young lady (I wish I could remember her name), she got my keys and took care of me right away with a smile. I walked into the waiting area and it was clean and comfortable (not too hot or too cold). Karen, the nice lady who drives the shuttle was very pleasant, there were three of us ladies that needed the shuttle service that day and Karen was more than happy to drop everyone off at their respective locations. We all introduced ourselves and shared little stories with one another. My car was ready by 2 or 2:30 and Karen came to my job to pick me up so that I could pick up my car. Once we got back to the dealership I was helped at the counter immediately by the same young lady that greeted me when I first arrived. She charged me for my service by accident (I'm still eligible for free oil changes), once she realized the charge was a mistake she told me she could refund me the money or she can just add an extra free oil change so I decided to forgo the refund and accept the free oil change on the back end. All in all, I hated the Buick dealership when I originally had to go there (long story) but they have really turned that around honestly, that happened way before now. Chris Koser is the salesperson that sold my husband and me our Buick and Lyn Furrh is the nice lady that showed us how to use all the bells and whistles. I will be purchasing another car from them in the near future and probably every car after that will come from that dealership. More
