Failure to complete promise. My husband purchased a pre-owned GMC truck from Parks a few months ago with the promise of a undercoat on some rust. We had a gooseneck hitch put in for our horse trailer and noticed it wasn't completed, as told. The truck was sold to us as certified pre-owned and promised the rust wouldn't effect the warranty, so we sure hope that's true. More
