Warm welcome from Mike Koeing when we were walking on the parking, looking at the cars. Mike worked with us from our arrival to the end to get a satisfying transaction for a new car. We would have liked an additional $1000 saving but dealers have the power these days because of the low inventory. The transaction amounts were shared clearly on paper by the Manager. We looked at used car but decided to buy a new one because they had inventory and some choices. They prepared the car and delivered it on the same day. Terrible, unethical. I understand the need to get the deal and how the car buying process works but this was a blatant case of straight up lying to our face. We tried to go to the ladder and they were no deal and how the car buying process works but this was a blatant case of straight up lying to our face. I bought a 2020 brick paying 806.00 monthly and have glare from dash board in rear view mirror. Bought a 2014 from them 6 months prior. The motor blows on the highway.
