This unfortunately was my second disappointment with Parks GMC. First, the repair shop tried to convince my wife she needed to spend almost $700 to replace my back-up camera, $50 and a Youtube video I Parks GMC. Then, I gave them a second chance when my 2017 Acadia Denali had an error message come up on our screen. We were advised what parts were needed to fix it but Parks did not have any of them available. Had to drive out to Spartanburg to get the parts from another dealership but still gave Parks the opportunity to fix it. It was a good thing we took our GMC Sierra Denali on our recent vacation because something was not done correctly on the Acadia and when my brother picked it up while we were gone and parked it in his garage, it leaked all of the new coolant all of his garage floor. I had to wait a half a day for a tow truck to come and pick it up from his house and was told I would be responsible for the tow and the rental car "IF" it was somehow my fault ? the car was fixed by the dealership and we were just given our car back and never told what the problem was but we knew it was an issue at the dealership because we were not charged for the tow or the rental car. I will say the individuals who greeted us at the dealership were super nice and very punctual but unfortunately I just can't trust the mechanics doing the work there. More
Car cut off 3 times in six miles on my way home. I repeatedly told the service person this was happening. She actually called me "hun" and told me they drove the car for 18 miles and found nothing w I repeatedly told the service person this was happening. She actually called me "hun" and told me they drove the car for 18 miles and found nothing wrong. IMPOSSIBLE!!! Now we've parked the car. What can we do with it cutting off every few miles? I called back and left a message. I never received a reply. The car was at the Service Center initially for 2 today's. Make it make sense!!! Poor customer service! And I have 25 years of automotive experience from an OEM! More
Everyone at the dealership were very friendly and helpful. There was no pressure to buy and they worked with us to get as close to the payme t we wanted as possible.
