Showed up to get vehicle and noticed that the newly painted area was already peeling away. Had to wait another 6 days to get the vehicle. In addition, apparently, there was a hail storm at the Dealers painted area was already peeling away. Had to wait another 6 days to get the vehicle. In addition, apparently, there was a hail storm at the Dealership and even though my vehicle was in their possession, they expected me to contact my Insurance Company and make an additional claim (and raise my rates even more) to fix the hail damage that happened while they had possession of the vehicle. Lastly, not one time did anyone explain to me what was being done to the vehicle. No calls, no email of services to be preformed, nothing. Stay away. Reminds me of dirt lot, used car salesmen. Just stay away. More

Went in for an oil change. Spent an hour and a half there. Thought my wait was getting a bit long and went outside for some air. Guess what I saw. I took my GMC Terrain in for routine oil change and tire rotation and was told my wait time would be 2 hours. Oil change and tire rotation was completely finished in less than an hour.
