Late Friday afternoon, Ryan Dunlop worked with me to resolve an unexpected tire issue. Ryan listened to my need. He was patient with my questions and concerns. He researched a set of new tires for my car and had within minutes had 3 options for my consideration. After answering a few more of my questions, Ryan ordered the Michelin set quickly and had them installed as soon as they were available. Dealership is way over priced on all of the cars and they low-ball the trade amount. Purchased a car from them for $16,500 and it broke down on the way home.
