All around poor experience from start to finish. Scheduled a simple oil/filter change & tire rotation online only to have it cancelled because that time wasn’t available in reality. After picking up my truck I noticed they didn’t rotate my tires (even though they said they did and gave me a receipt stating so). The Service Mgr. was not pleased that I pointed this out and tried to feed me a lie that my tires were not rotated because they were lower on tread. I’m fairness, they are lower on tread, but are evenly-worn and not even to the wear indicators yet. He reluctantly rotated them for me after I persisted and never once apologized. I’d recommend staying away from this service department. More

.to start with I made 3 calls into the service center and each time no one answered the phone and all mail boxes were full. We made the appointment on line. My pigtail for trailer lights is not working and all that was done was change a blown fuse which I had just changed. The lights still do not work. They suggested that I check the trailer itself but 2 other people use this same trailer and have no problem with the lights. I am very disappointed that a blown fuse was found and they just assumed that was the problem. I was charged for that work, why is this not covered under warranty with this being part of the factory tow package. More
