Surprisingly pleasant car buying experience Going car shopping is up there with buying a new bathing suit in my book. I have had salespeople tell me to "come back when I can bring my daddy/husband", refuse to let me know price of vehicle, show me cup holders and visor mirrors, repeatedly pressure me to make a purchase RIGHT NOW...."what will it take to get you into this vehicle today?". Brad Wyatt was the opposite of this. Brad was very low key and low pressure- never once making me feel like I had to make an immediate decision and not hounding me with phone calls/emails after my first visit. One phone call on the agreed day that I would have a decision and one to ask what time I'd be in to finalize purchase. Brad also has arranged to have my "old" car driven back to my home as I was not trading in a vehicle and did not have a way to get both old and new vehicles back to my home. I was not pushed by Brad, or anyone else at the dealer to purchase extras- I was offered extended warranty as well as a service plan, but when I declined there was no additional mention or hard-core sales pitch. I would highly recommend Brad and the rest of the team at Duncan Acura & Audi to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More
Sales experience We have owned an Acura RL for the last 16 years and 300,000 miles so we needed to consider a new car for our upcoming travels. Our considerations were We have owned an Acura RL for the last 16 years and 300,000 miles so we needed to consider a new car for our upcoming travels. Our considerations were another sedan or an SUV. The considerations were weighted equally on the overall cost for the vehicle, fair to good gas mileage, compatibility for extra passenger space/recreational equipment needs/luggage space and the reliability/warranty of the purchase. We have been car shopping for over 2 years now so it was time for another vehicle and probably visited 10-15 car dealers in the area. The well informed and friendly staff at Duncan Acura answered all of our questions and working together we matched our requirements to a vehicle that best suited our needs (i.e. pricing, gas efficiency, comfort and most importantly the warranty of our purchase). Our salesperson, Brad Wyatt, is very knowledgeable on all the products Duncan offers and he gave us plenty of details of the various choices (e.g. Audi, TL, RDX, and the MDX). We choose the MDX, which meets our requirements almost perfectly. The overall sales experience was very good and the entire Duncan team (sales and business arrangements) were very knowledgeable and professional during the entire transaction. More
