I didn't hesitate at all purchasing a car from Duncan that I would never physically see before signing. Having recently moved from Roanoke to Boston, I had heard about the great service Duncan consistently provides and knew that was the right choice for me. I easily found a car within my budget compared to older versions of the same car up north. Mike hopped on calls with me after work hours, helped me get a loan, got the car cosmetically fixed up, ran Car Fax reports, and even spoke to my parents for me to fill them in when I couldn't get away from the office. I FaceTimed my parents while on the test drive. Mike often had to do double the work between communication with my parents and with me. I felt completely at ease and knew that I was in good hands while purchasing my first car on my own around 700 miles away! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone... including friends in MA! More

Top Notch Dealership I recently purchased a new Audi from Michael Johnson. From the first 5 minutes I walked onto their lot Michael was there to help. He answered all my questions and guided me toward the vehicle that met my needs and wants without ever being pushy or trying to up sell me to features I didn't need. We sat down and designed the exact car I wanted (features ,colors, engine, cost) and then Michael and Jim searched to find it as they did not have one in inventory. Even though they currently had a very similar one, there was no pressure to change my mind slightly to get their sale immediately. During the interim period they processed all of the paperwork possible to do in advance so that when my car got here I wouldn't have to sit in the office for hours filling forms out. Once it arrived (straight from Germany!), Michael educated me on how to use all the functions and introduced me to the parts and service department, then Scott walked me through finalizing the purchase. I could not have asked for an easier, more pleasant experience. These men are all there to help their customers and it truly shows! Thank The Lord for Duncan Accura/Honda Because I know absolutely nothing about cars, when my car started leaking something and my husband told me to take care of it, I prayed that The Lord Because I know absolutely nothing about cars, when my car started leaking something and my husband told me to take care of it, I prayed that The Lord would guide me in the right direction. Ephesians 3:20-21 says that The Lord will give you immeasurably more than you can ask or imagine. This is so true! The gentlemen at the Duncan Honda and Acura locations went beyond the call of duty to help me and they did it quickly. We needed my car in less than a week to drive eight hours to the beach. They got my car in the next day, provided me with a beautiful loaner car and were so courteous. I took the car in on a Saturday (a holiday weekend at that!) and by Monday they had figured out the problem and I was driving my car by that afternoon. They vacuumed and washed my car and did not charge me for the loaner or the service. Incredible! We have always purchased our cars from Duncan as they are folks of integrity. I admit I have gone for service to places close to my home. As it turns out, it was slip shod work, at another service center, that was the cause of this problem. From now on I will go to Duncan Acura or Honda for service on my van. It is worth driving the extra distance to get superior service from people who value their reputations and want to serve their customers. How I appreciate the folks at Duncan Honda and Acura.
