Our salesman at Parker Toyota, Tim Algaier, was incredibly patient through the process of buying our new 4Runner. We visited the dealership before we were ready to buy to look at our options. It was a little early for us to buy and there were no 4Runners available to look at during that visit. Tim assisted us with all of our questions and spent time on what he understood was not going to result in a sale. Even though I wasn't sold on the vehicle, I was sold on Tim. He didn't try to push us out the door early or try to force a sale. Tim followed up by phone multiple times and I told him we would let him know when we were more serious. Today we returned to Parker and they had the 4Runner we were interested in looking at. When the salesman came up I told him we were working with Tim who then came out and assisted us through all of the steps from the beginning again with no guarantee of a sale. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We were able to buy the brand new 4Runner with all of the options we want added. The finance guy, Zig, was also very helpful. Both of them thoroughly explained our options and got us the right deal. I can't say enough about this great experience. I highly recommend Parker Toyota in CDA for your next vehicle purchase. More

I can say I’m happy with the truck other then the fact that when i was sent multiple images of the truck i was buying. When i got to the dealership the truck was nothing like i was shown on the website fo that when i was sent multiple images of the truck i was buying. It didn’t have back seats or a back window the grill didn’t match nor did the bumper but with the situation i was put in having no choice to pick the truck or a rav 4 i needed the truck for where i live and traveling back and forth to spokane everyday so I settled.
