Parker Toyota is the dealership I have returned to for 18 years because the service is friendly, prompt, and helpful and I love my Rav4 Toyotas. As in the previous 2 times, buying a car at Parker was a great experience, and everyone seemed to be having a good time in the dealership. Add to it that I got a good price on what I purchased, what more would I need? Finance and service also did a fine job in taking care of my needs, but Jayce was a real stand out-thank you Jayce! I can say I’m happy with the truck other then the fact that when i was sent multiple images of the truck i was buying. When i got to the dealership the truck was nothing like i was shown on the website fo that when i was sent multiple images of the truck i was buying. When i got to the dealership the truck was nothing like i was shown on the website for Parker Toyota. It didn’t have back seats or a back window the grill didn’t match nor did the bumper but with the situation i was put in having no choice to pick the truck or a rav 4 i needed the truck for where i live and traveling back and forth to spokane everyday so I settled. Other then that the customer service was good with briley. More
