I had been looking for a very specific Toyata Highlander and found it online at Parker Toyota. I sent a message through the website and received a quick reply from Tim Carr saying it was available and letti and found it online at Parker Toyota. I reserved the car and it was offloaded and stored in the back until I could fly up to buy it a couple of weeks later. Before I arrived they even asked if I needed a ride from the airport. They were ready and waiting for me when I arrived. The car and all the paperwork were ready to go and the buying process so was easy. They even had put a customers temporary plate with the name my kids gave the car. I loved working with Tim and Jayce and would definitely buy another car from them. More

This was one of the worst dealerships if not the worst dealership I have ever been to. The salespeople were indifferent and lacked customer service or communication skills. The salesman was unprofessional and failed to introduce data or mention anything useful about the vehicle. He just awkwardly stood there staring while I was viewing the car. Then he asked: Is that all? Are you done?”, and not in a customer friendly tone or with a welcoming facial expression. Thankfully, I did my due diligence about the vehicle online so I did not have to interact or drag any info out of this unprofessional car salesman. What an awkward and unpleasant experience as a customer interested in buying a new Toyota. Toyota execs in Japan would be appalled. More

Our salesman at Parker Toyota, Tim Algaier, was incredibly patient through the process of buying our new 4Runner. We visited the dealership before we were ready to buy to look at our options. It was a little early for us to buy and there were no 4Runners available to look at during that visit. Tim assisted us with all of our questions and spent time on what he understood was not going to result in a sale. Even though I wasn't sold on the vehicle, I was sold on Tim. He didn't try to push us out the door early or try to force a sale. Tim followed up by phone multiple times and I told him we would let him know when we were more serious. Today we returned to Parker and they had the 4Runner we were interested in looking at. When the salesman came up I told him we were working with Tim who then came out and assisted us through all of the steps from the beginning again with no guarantee of a sale. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We were able to buy the brand new 4Runner with all of the options we want added. The finance guy, Zig, was also very helpful. Both of them thoroughly explained our options and got us the right deal. I can't say enough about this great experience. I highly recommend Parker Toyota in CDA for your next vehicle purchase. More
