We were in something of a bind as an accident necessitated replacement of our 2007 Tundra in a hurry, as we use it to tow 3 trailers and need 2 vehicles for our busy retired lives. Brandon P was the best Finance Manager we encountered and explained in detail purchase price, warranty, GAP, etc. Initially Shaun E was supposed to help me, but I arrived hours after his shift and he prepared and left me in great hands with Jacob F. Jacob is patient, personal, knowledgeable and even weeks later still surpasses my expectations! The Sales Manager Jason Litterall also exceeded my expectations!
