Husband and I went to just test drive a few vehicles and Dustin took us for some test drives. He’s a slick salesman since he sold us a car when we weren’t even there to buy. Unfortunately I was looking to buy my 3rd vehicle from this dealership but did not and will never buy from them again. Everything about the car was just about perfect accept the windshield, there was cle this dealership but did not and will never buy from them again. Everything about the car was just about perfect accept the windshield, there was clear distortion and I wanted a new windshield first to make sure that was the problem. They would not accommodate because it wasn't within their budget. Unfortunately they chose to save a $500 or less investment instead of sacrificing what would've been a lifelong customer plus I have 4 kids behind me. I will not refer them to friends or family either. Just so disappointing that nobody cares anymore. All they wanted to do is get me to sign the contract first before they would replace the windshield, when I said I would not they first said it was an optical illusion from the dash reflection, then implied it was my vision issue, finally stated this was a problem with the Avalon and a new windshield would not fix it....which none of these are true. So instead of making right what could be considered a safety issue they decided to try and push this problem onto someone else in hopes the next unexpecting customer doesn't notice. I was also looking to buy a new truck in the next couple years but I guess Toyota won't be it! More

Purchased new rav 4 on 14 november 22. Was going to trade in a very low mileage kia and 2 months prior to purchase was offered $25,000 by Mike the salesman using kelly bluebook. 1 week bef Was going to trade in a very low mileage kia and 2 months prior to purchase was offered $25,000 by Mike the salesman using kelly bluebook. 1 week before the purchase Mike offered us $18,500. The kelly bluebook was at $24,000 then. Fortunately, we found a buyer in a week for $25,000. Do not trust this dealership to give you a fair price when your vehicle comes in. They bait you with one trade in value, so you will hold the vehicle with a deposit. Thinking you will get a good deal. On the day we went to purchase the vehicle and take a test drive, they inform you you only get one key fob, instead of 2, but not to worry, the manufacturer will send you one in 2 weeks and they will program it. After 3 phone calls to Mike about this, he says you can take it up the chain, but it probably will not help. So, we go to finish the purchase and find a somewhat arrogant finance officer who only wants to get us out of his office asap as we had our own financing and do not want any extras. If dealerships wonder why people cringe at buying anew vehicle, this is why. I am 70 years old and have purchased several new vehicles thru the years and in the past could find honest salesman and deals. This dealership has some good ratings? God help us if this the norm. Update to keyfob problem on 01 Feb 23. Finally found a locksmith who could provide us with 2 new programmed keys. The price was $260.00 a piece. If you loose the key you get from Toyota you will have to start from scratch to get a new one. That will be difficult at best and you will not be able to use your vehicle until you do. Good luck getting your second key from toyota. Someday they will send you one not a good answer. More
