Chris Baker keeps a creepy customer file on past clients and brings up those previous interactions during negotiations. Weird kind of controlling manipulative behavior. Sales people in the lot are fairly negative with regards to their opinions of Chris Baker and are very vocal about upper managements elevation of Chris Baker. I will say that their service dept. is top notch for repairs etc. All in all I have never recommended Parker and have many friends that have similar optionions of them. I guess they think they are the only Toyota dealer going in North Idaho but greed has a new name, and thy name is Parker. More
