We took it on our first trip with the trailer and the engine consumed 4 qts of oil. It has since required a total engine rebuild. Keith Richardson and Jim Parker came to our rescue. The vehicle was purchased AS IS, with no warranty, but they did the stand up thing and helped us greatly with the repair bill. I don't know very many dealerships that would not just tell you - SORRY for your trouble. Thank you Parker Toyota for your help. More

They get intimidated and dont admit when they are wrong. Parker has issues. They would not put the time in to diagnose my car properly. They did not care enough about my safety to go one step further and not replace something that was not the problem. True, another mechanic misdiagnosed the problem to begin with... but any reputable service dept would not have kept my car 3 weeks...sending it out to have the wrong parts rebuilt, without also checking it out first themselves except Parker. They are nice in the first place but then when a person questions them...they never admit wrongdoing....and now have asked me not to return. More
