They get intimidated and dont admit when they are wrong. Parker has issues. They would not put the time in to diagnose my car properly. I explained the noise i was hearing...and instead replaced the drive shaft when all along it was my tranny. They did not care enough about my safety to go one step further and not replace something that was not the problem. True, another mechanic misdiagnosed the problem to begin with... but any reputable service dept would not have kept my car 3 weeks...sending it out to have the wrong parts rebuilt, without also checking it out first themselves except Parker. They are nice in the first place but then when a person questions them...they never admit wrongdoing....and now have asked me not to return. More

Walking in the dealership you step into a spotless dealership whose only job is to make you happy. I know there are folks out there you couldn't please with a million dollars and a new Lexus. However those folks usually have an Obama sticker on their trade in. My experience was 1st Class and I was treated like Royalty by Tami Scott and the rest of the sales staff.
