He didn't pressure us by interjecting his own preferences, but listened to what we thought were important aspects for us to consider. When he found out I was a long term classic car guy, he brought out his sales manager, Keith Richardson, with pictures of his 1955 Custom Chevy pickup. How thoughtful of Keith to volunteer use of his 1955 Chevy pickup for me to take to the Good Guys Chevy Car Show in August. Keith epitomises welcomed us into the Parker Toyota family. More

Between their service center Buying a car through Parker Toyota of CDA is such a seamless process, that we go to them for every vehicle at this point. Between their service center and their customer service, I am impressed. Most notably, Mike Austin and Alan Sandlin are really great salesmen. They don't treat you like fish in the water of a shark tank. These guys are excellent with communicating with you, get what you need, and are reasonable. I would recommend their service to anyone. We have gotten 3 cars with Mike before these last two that we upgraded for. I am so glad we found some good people to help us out. We just want to share the information for others, so they have a good experience like we always have. We just got my Jeep Cherokee through Mike and were so happy with the process, that we got my husband's Toyota Tundra through Alan not even a week later. Mike probably has a running tally of all of the cars that our family has harassed him to get! :) More
Sold Overpriced Faulty Vehicle This August my family grew and I needed a vehicle with a third row, some storage space, and seat belts for at least 6 people. After looking around for This August my family grew and I needed a vehicle with a third row, some storage space, and seat belts for at least 6 people. After looking around for at least a month, I was excited to find a GMC Acadia at Parker. I continued my research, test drove it a couple times, and asked around before making the purchase. It's been problem after problem since the day I took ownership. I traded in my previous vehicle, paid several thousand down, make my payments, put money into the car and I'm very upside down on it with nothing. The very first day the check engine light came on. The first month the sound went out- radio, cds, aux, dvds, even the turn signal sound. Off and on the car wouldn't accelerate at all and I'd have to pull over, and restart it TWICE to continue driving. I mentioned problems to the salesperson when he texted about it and he said he'd look into the the service history and I never got a response. Also in the first couple of months the remote start completely went out, just in time for winter. By November, all of that was wrong, and then the fuel gauge completely went out. Also this winter I got two flat tires on the tires they sold me, the tires were so bald they couldn't be repaired and I had to replace all four tires. Finally this week the vehicle died completely and wouldn't restart at a busy intersection after picking up my little one from daycare. I had it towed to Parker and it's still there. Even their service center has admitted these are older issues than the now 7 mos. I've owned it. We've spoken with people from various departments including upper management. None of these issues are my fault and Parker isn't helping at all. After several thousands of dollars down, I'm still upside down on an overpriced vehicle that's basically garbage. I knew I was buying used, but I thought I was buying a quality used vehicle from a reputable dealership. Parker did not do a thorough inspection on the vehicle before placing it on the lot & I've paid the price. More

We took it on our first trip with the trailer and the engine consumed 4 qts of oil. It has since required a total engine rebuild. Keith Richardson and Jim Parker came to our rescue. The vehicle was purchased AS IS, with no warranty, but they did the stand up thing and helped us greatly with the repair bill. I don't know very many dealerships that would not just tell you - SORRY for your trouble. Thank you Parker Toyota for your help. More
They get intimidated and dont admit when they are wrong. Parker has issues. They would not put the time in to diagnose my car properly. I explained the noise i was hearing...and instead replaced the drive Parker has issues. They would not put the time in to diagnose my car properly. I explained the noise i was hearing...and instead replaced the drive shaft when all along it was my tranny. They did not care enough about my safety to go one step further and not replace something that was not the problem. True, another mechanic misdiagnosed the problem to begin with... but any reputable service dept would not have kept my car 3 weeks...sending it out to have the wrong parts rebuilt, without also checking it out first themselves except Parker. They are nice in the first place but then when a person questions them...they never admit wrongdoing....and now have asked me not to return. More

Awesome sales person! I've dealt with my fair share of car dealers and I have to say this was by far the best experience so far. Taylor was an amazing salesman, and because of him I will be back! He was very knowledgeable and explained any questions I had. He didn't make me feel pressured, like other sales persons I've dealt with, but instead made me feel really comfortable. He listened to what we wanted and I left very happy! More
