Great Family Run Customer Service Oriented Dealer Starts with a great Salesperson (Anthony) and his Sales Manager (Kieth), The experience was pleasant with no hungry wolfs in wait for a prospective Starts with a great Salesperson (Anthony) and his Sales Manager (Kieth), The experience was pleasant with no hungry wolfs in wait for a prospective buyer in the Parking Lot. The entire experience felt comfortable. After the test drive and initial sit down, we advised Anthony that we were still in the decision process and need time together to make out decision......Most dealerships work on a "Turn System" believing that the salesman has not done his job and turn the potential customer to a Sr Salesman to close the deal.........This is a big tun off to most people ...me included. So Anthony's confidence in his product and Dealership allowed us to leave and make the decision on our own. After discussing the our choices, we went with the Toyota Rav4 and Parker. I returned to Parker and Closed the deal with Anthony and his Manager Keith. Another sign of the Dealer commitment to Customer Service would come the next day. I got home that night and noticed that the WeatherGuard Rav4 Mat that was in the rear luggage area was missing. I called Anthony (forgetting that he was off that day for a funeral).....but he took time to listen and calmly said the Pre-Delivery Guys probably forgot to put in back after vacuuming the vehicle prior to delivery. And said he would find it when he returned on Tuesday. As we were going out of town, I went to Parker the next day to see if Keith could find our Mat. He also was off that day, but another Salesperson greeted us and offered to help. He looked up our Options list and found that, it showed "All weather Floor Liners on our Option List, but not a All weather Trunk Mat. I told him that I was sure there was a Matching All Weather Trunk Mat in the vehicle when we test drove the vehicle. And I was of the belief that it was included in the All weather Floor Mat Package. He stated that is was not. However He would check with his Manager. He went back and checked with his Manager. Returning , to say they want to insure we were a happy customer, and they would include the trunk Mat. He then took us to the Part Counter to get us a Mat. However, they were out of Mats and would have to reorder one. He stated that he would call us when it came it came in, the following Tuesday (11/20). As of this writing, I have not received the Mat, but feel confident that Parker will make good on their commitment. More

We did look at other possibilities for a replacement, but quickly decided that another 4-runner was our best choice. We also own a 2000 Landcruiser that we purchased new. Toyota reliability was prominent in our decision . We communicated our desire to Parker, and looked over their inventory on line before making an appointment for a test drive. When we arrived at Parker the vehicle we had selected was parked in the demo garage and ready to go. After a test drive we were ready to proceed. The process to close the lease was very efficient.
