Every aspect of my experience exceeded my expectations. From the Sales Department, to the Finance Department, to Parts & Accessories Department, and on to the Auto Detailing Department, every single individual I encountered was amazing. Sal went out of his way to make sure I got the exact car I wanted for a great price. Tony spent considerable time going over the many amenities on my car, patiently coaching me through the technology features. They made the car buying experience so easy and seamless. Jake in Parts and Accessories coordinated my window tinting and Chip Guard while I waited so that I didn't have to make the trip back to Idaho. Tionna in Auto Detailing coordinated the detailing of my 2012 Rav4 making it extra convenient for my schedule. Every step of the way Parker Toyota lived up to their "no problem" motto. Salesman, Jeff Smith, the financial team and service team all took extra time and went beyond the proverbial extra mile with me when I could not make up my mind on the white or red 2018 RAV Adventure back on Mother's day this year. I never felt pressured and they even brought a red one in so I could see it and decide. The Entire Parker Team is still perfect after 20+ years. Thank you! (I got the gorgeous red one!) So, I discovered I am not the 4 cylinder car kinda gal and went back to see Jeff Smith at Parker Toyota. Within a couple hours he had me in a 2019 4-door Tacoma Sport. No fuss no muss.
