Never ever has a dealership Finance person taken the time to explain in detail every aspect of the finance contract, GAP insurance, extended warranty, etc like Zig did. Much appreciated! Bottom line, Parker Toyota's customer service is clearly the best customer service I've experienced in my 77 years. More

It is for this reason we do a good deal of homework/research prior to the major purchase of a vehicle. Typically we have a pretty good idea what we're looking for before we set foot on a Dealer's lot. Our main intent in taking time to do a good deal of initial research is to override the emotional aspect of such a major purchase with logic. Over the years, we've found that the best method of research is finding and comparing as many advantages and disadvantages of two or three vehicles of interest as possible. We compare various factors - from the least important such as color to the most important - price and safety. We also carefully consider the appropriateness of the vehicle for the intended use. That said, probably the most important factor in our process of research is determining where we will make a vehicle purchase. We consider what overall services a dealership provides and try and evaluate if we can trust them. It is to these last factors we find ourselves coming back to Toyota over and over again! Over the years we've purchased four vehicles from Toyota. Our most recent fifth purchase was by far the best experience yet. Though personal research is important to us, the value of a conscientious and objective salesman with years of research and experience comparing multiple makes and models of vehicles cannot be overemphasized. Alan Sandlin certainly met and exceeded this description! Alan asked us up front what we were looking for...what our concerns were from least important to most important. He asked us what research we had done and what we had learned from it. It is from this foundation he gave us a very thoroughly explained and personalized set of vehicle options. His vehicle recommendations were not simply based upon written information but personal driving experience. Alan understood in detail our specific needs and rather than manipulate us into an emotional purchase that would best suit him financially, in short order he tailored his recommendations to our very specific needs. Based in large part upon his expertise, we were able to make an informed decision in short order. In addition to Alan's ability to present very detailed pros and cons of various vehicles in relation to our needs, he then introduced us to a contract specialist who provided the same level of knowledgable service - again tailored to our specific needs. We drove away in a beautiful Toyota Tundra that ticked every box from color and applicability of intended use to price and warranty of continued service. Alan's attention to detail included new windshield wipers, detailing, a full tank of gas and information regarding key replacement.
