Such a Great Experience! I went to Parker to look at a specific car that I found online. When I got there, I immediately found that that car was not the one for me. Kristen I went to Parker to look at a specific car that I found online. When I got there, I immediately found that that car was not the one for me. Kristen was so kind and patient with me as we looked at other cars. She made sure we found a car that I loved as soon as I saw it, and that I wasn't just settling for something because I needed it. She respected my price point and did not try to sell me anything that was unreasonable. She went on a long test drive with me and we had some great conversations. Jake from financing was also really amazing. He got an incredible interest rate and was very clear through the whole process of getting financing completed. Thank you all so much for your hard work! Parker Toyota definitely earned my business, and I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family! More

Tony is VERY knowledgeable about every vehicle on the lot which gives you confidence that you’re working with the right guy. Thank you, Big T! Next, let’s talk about Zig. After a long day of car shopping, hanging out with the finance guy is not what you have in mind. Booze, YES! Finance, NO! A bit disappointed :0( We upgraded to a more expensive car because we wanted heated seats and remote-start. I never thought I would have loyalty to a car dealership, but I just purchased my 9th car from Parker Toyota. I did extensive research online, and decided on a Toyota Corolla Hybrid. Through Parker Toyota but I just purchased my 9th car from Parker Toyota. I did extensive research online, and decided on a Toyota Corolla Hybrid. Through Parker Toyota I found the exact car I wanted. I called the dealership to confirm availability. The sales manager did so, and made me an appointment with my usual salesperson Ernie the next day. The next morning Ernie called, and answered all my questions about the car. I was uneasy about coming in due to Covid-19. I emailed in necessary information, and Ernie called in less than an hour with a great deal. I headed to Parker. The car was ready, and I was in finance manager Jimmy Williams office within 10 minutes, and driving home in my 2020 Corolla less than 1 hour after walking into the dealership. The deal was easy. Social distancing was perfect, and I left with a terrific car at a great price. More

Never ever has a dealership Finance person taken the time to explain in detail every aspect of the finance contract, GAP insurance, extended warranty, etc like Zig did. Much appreciated! Bottom line, Parker Toyota's customer service is clearly the best customer service I've experienced in my 77 years. More

We drove up from out of town and he had cars lined up for me to look at. We drove one and went in to discuss $$. I told them what I wanted for my trade in and a payment I would be comfortable with. Derrick the fianance guy came out,shook my hand and congratulated me on my new car. Super easy paperwork and he explained everything well. I've never spent less than 7 hrs.
