We purchased a used Highlander XLE from Parker Toyota in CDA, Idaho. Michael was excellent, introducing us to the car, doing the test drive with us, and starting the credit process. Josh Hartnett was really helpful and communicative while I waited for my car to be delivered from the manufacturer. Even came to pick me up from 30 minutes away on the pick up date to finalize contract. Gav I waited for my car to be delivered from the manufacturer.
