Then I explained to him that we needed to trade in our Forester to reduce payments, and that we really wanted to buy an Outback, but thought we could only afford to lease a Crosstrek. And then like a total freaking Magician, Jason pulled a fully loaded 2015 Outback out of his hat and then, after the test drive, and my pessimism that we could get approved with a lower payment, he used those same magic powers and got us an AMAZING interest rate and saved us $100 a month on payments. So, by Jason’s amazing ability to alter the space-time continuum, he got me, even with my bankruptcy, into a super fancy fully loaded Outback, and saved me $100 bucks a month on my payments! My husband decided it was ti About 2 months ago we had the pleasure of working with Drew Sundstrom while he sold a brand new Forester to our daughter. My husband decided it was time to upgrade my current Subaru yesterday for my birthday present. Unfortunately there was a terrible snow storm and extreme windchills and I really didn’t want to leave my house so Drew and my husband picked out a car and drove it to my house for a test drive! He sold me right away on the heated steering wheel, then he showed me the most amazing safety feature how the traction stability control works. I couldn’t believe it, I actually took my hands off the wheel while applying the brake and the Subaru stayed driving straight without sliding even though the road we were on was a sheet of ice. Very impressive! Drew also took the time to show me a few other cars to make sure this was the right car with the right color options and features that were right for me. He then took the time to go over every detail of the car I chose and helped me set my phone and garage door opener to the car. He is literally the best car salesman I have ever worked with! We have officially made Parker Subaru part of our family. My daughter and I love our new Subaru Foresters! Thanks again Drew! More

I will return to Parker because of Jason White! Jason is a consummate professional. He treated me with respect and was attentive to my needs as a customer. After buying several cars from different dealerships, this was the best experience. We will be back to see Jason for our next car. More

We were greeted by the linebacker with a friendly smile. He tried to get us to buy the most expensive car in sight, but understood our need for moderate speed and 4-doors due to our miniature army we created through traditional societarial dictated breeding. Our salesman didn't pressure me into selling my last kidney but instead found what met my needs and sanity requirements. I'll always recommend him and will be back when I'm in midlife crisis or we decide on an upgrade, probably will be at the same time. More

Not only does he know his product inside and out, but he makes the entire process of purchasing a new car easy and a great experience. In a day and age that I find great customer service rare, Jason goes over and above my expectations every time. He truly cares about his customers and their needs, and his easy going nature makes him a pleasure to do business with. Had some issues but Jason did a good job saving a customer. We had some issues that started three years ago when Cody (no longer with the company) misrepresented where our trade in money was going and how the t We had some issues that started three years ago when Cody (no longer with the company) misrepresented where our trade in money was going and how the transaction would go in three years when the lease was up. I hope Cody wasn't shady but it speaks volumes that he isn't employed with Parker anymore. Regardless we felt like Parker (Subaru technically) took thousands of dollars away from us and now I'm screwed into having a much higher payment than expected (almost twice as much per month) or get myself into a car that I don't want to be in. Not that it's your problem but the money that I lost was an inheritance from my grandfather and I vowed to him to make good use of the money. My understanding was this money would help keep my payments low even when I re-lease in three years but now it's gone. Safe to say we are/were pretty upset with Parker Subaru. My wife is particularly upset and wants to take our business elsewhere. She shops at Parker Toyota and vowed never to come back to Parker if this can't be fixed. We spent several hours with Jason White and he was very kind to us by using a majority of his day to explain things and go out of his way to help. Even though he tried his hardest, the end result not very appealing - we would either need to almost double our monthly payment by getting a car I don't want, give the car back and pay some fees, or keep my car which will also blow my budget. Not only did I lose thousands of dollars but I'm getting screwed on this transaction also. All of these options are nowhere near what I thought this was going to look like three years ago. All of that aside, I can't fault Jason White. He really stuck with us and never got frustrated. By the end I really felt like he did everything he could even though we feel like the company could/should have done more. Jason was amazing and unwavering in his dedication to us. Even though the options were bad to worse, he made sure we made the best decision we could. He singlehandedly saved us as customers and restored my faith in Parker employees. My only hope is that Jason is the standard and not the exception at Parker. My expectation is that the next time we shop at Parker we won't get screwed again or only be left with terrible options. We now have to suffer with higher payments for years to come and I'll be reminded every single month of how I lost my grandfather's money. Safe to say I won't forget this. But I also won't forget the respect and dignity that Jason showed us. I think he is a prime example of the culture we expect from Parker. He is not a textbook slick salesman and he was SO kind to us. He is very knowledgeable and it shows he loves his job, his company and his customers. Please keep him so that we can come see him in a few years when I'm ready to buy again. THANKS AGAIN JASON!
