I wanted and needed a car that does well in all 4 seasons. So I went to parker Subaru and that's when I met Danny Garrigan. Now I know I'm not an "easy" customer. And my social skills most find abrasive. Add that to past bad experiences I've had with other dealerships. Let's just say I didn't have my best foot forward. Danny broke down my brick wall with ease. Extremely professional, highly respectful within moments Danny extracted the info he needed in a casual conversation and matched me with three cars. Over a short period of time I had it narrowed to one car in particular and it felt like a "to good to be true" moment. So I went on high alert. Bound and determined to unwant this car I questioned Danny to the N'th degree. I was amazed at the things Danny already knew and even more amazed how quickly and factually he presented the info he didn't know. Facts from records from multiple sources. Having a prior commitment at this point I had to leave the dealership. Danny came back the next day on his day off and absorbed another round of questioning from me. Once again Danny got me the answers I needed to know. Now convinced that I did want that car Danny handed me over to the financial side of parker Subaru. But before I get to Don let me finish up with Danny Garrigan. What an exceptional person and employee. I came back to the dealership a month and a half after I bought the car with a request for Danny and he delivered. A request that offered Danny no monetary gain. Danny invested his time and energy and went out of his way for me and treated me just as important as before I signed the contract. Danny has now sent me away from parker Subaru as a happy customer not once but twice. What a great choice parker Subaru made employing Danny Garrigan. Now on to Don Bunch. The man between me and the banks. I gave Don a list of demands that were above my recent credit history and didn't realize it,but that did not stop Don. Don put in a few hours of hard work for me showing me the loan options that were available to me and explaining them with honesty and straightforwardness. Don's i's are dotted and t's are crossed. Believe that. Not being able to meet the loan requirements that were offered to me Don requested some additional info from me. I left,brought back the few things Don needed and in a short time he got me another offer that meet my needs except a few percentage points off. An inch shy of a miracle is where Don's work resides. My loan obligations were exactly as Don explained. The contract procedure was comfortable and painless in Don's office. Highly professional highly organized the whole process of sign here sign there was well explained through the fairly brief process and was true and accurate. Danny Garrigan and Don Bunch are two major reasons why I recommend parker Subaru and why I would do business with Parker Subaru again. We typically buy through private sellers for this reason, until we met Jason! He is kind, truly listens to your needs and wants, sincerely considers the boundaries of your budget, wants to hear your story so he can fit you with the vehicle that fits your lifestyle and safety. The only Subaru we had ever owned was a Subaru Brat in the early 80’s, which we loved... to death. : ) Now we love our 2015 Subaru! Jason is a Keeper too!! More

Literally the moment we arrived Jason came out to shake hands and greet us. He was friendly, personable and most of all down to earth...the exact opposite of the arrogant stereotypical car salesman talking out of both sides of their mouth. Jason made the whole process low-stress and hassle free. From that first handshake to when we drove away he was great to work with. He was attentive to our needs, concerns and wishes making sure that everything was just right. Thank you!
