Geri was absolutely amazing! We are in and out of the dealership within two hours with my new used car. The only reason that the dealership did not get five stars is because one of the hubcaps was missin dealership within two hours with my new used car. Lease of a new 2020 Honda HR-V Touring My wife and I were shopping for a new vehicle for her. She was very interested in the HR-V. We arrived and met initially with Alan. He showed us some My wife and I were shopping for a new vehicle for her. She was very interested in the HR-V. We arrived and met initially with Alan. He showed us some of the HR-Vs in stock and arranged for us to take one for a test drive. We both drove the vehicle and were very satisfied with the test drive. When we returned Alan passed us on to Anastasia (which we expected because Alan told us ahead of time that he had another customer scheduled to arrive). Anastasia walked us through the many options and trims available on the HR-V. We opted for the Touring with a few accessories. We choose what turned out to be a rare color combination (Slate and light gray interior). There was one in the state of Oregon and we got it. She did a great job of walking us through the process and getting our trade-in evaluated (and we got a very fair price). The vehicle showed up a few days later and we went to pick it up. The rest of the sales process went great and we have no complaints. Anastasia showed us our new car (which we love) and walked though many of the operational aspects of it (like setting up the audio, phone etc.). The only complaint (and this had nothing to do with the sales team) was that the preparation and completion of the final document set with finance took a long time. Anastasia and Alan kept checking in with us and apologizing for the extended wait. We appreciated them taking care of us. Other than that we are very happy. More
