I can never say nice things about the way I get treated at Parker Johnstone’s, Wilsonville Honda. Since moving to the area in 2019, they are absolutely my dealer of choice. I live closer to two other deale at Parker Johnstone’s, Wilsonville Honda. Since moving to the area in 2019, they are absolutely my dealer of choice. I live closer to two other dealerships but drive the extra miles instead because I vastly prefer the level of excellence up and down the line that I receive at Wilsonville. I have come to know the staff of the service department and each exhibits friendliness, professionalism and excellence in Customer Service. They’ve gone the extra mile for me on several occasions when complicated issues with warranty work due to supply chain challenges during the pandemic. They problem solved quickly and got my work done in almost no time. I have an upcoming major scheduled 100,000 mile service on my Ridgeline and I wouldn’t trust anyone but them. I was in this Tuesday for an oil change and a wiper blade swap out. Had no need for an appointment as they gladly do walk in oil changes on weekdays. Saturdays are the only day they are open when you do need an appointment for an oil change. I was in and out of there on time. They happily dropped me off by courtesy shuttle over to the Black Bear Diner at my request, which is just down the road, while they worked on my truck. Got the message my Ridgeline was ready to be picked up just as I finished my lunch. Courtesy shuttle came back and I was soon on my way home with keys in hand and a voucher for a free car wash too.. At checkout we went over my service and all the points of inspection which were completed. They clearly communicated what is next for my milestone 100,000 mile service.. As usual, I enjoyed my chats with Cristina, Jennette, Andrew, Brandon. & Steve. They recognize me on sight and great me warmly by name each time. Always remembering little details about my progress in college, my two dogs who get to come hang out with me there sometimes and how my nephew who lives with me is doing. I send all my friends that have Hondas to this dealership and have recommended them for friends looking for new & used cars too. I always will. They are a perennial Presidents Award winner for a reason. They daily earn those 5 stars. I’ll be back next month to get my scheduled service and I look forward to seeing everyone again soon. I moved to OR from Florida where I had an excellent dealership at Hendrick’s Honda of Bradenton and I’ve had lousy experiences since then in other states. I will forever and always be loyal and grateful to the truly exemplary dealership that Parker Johnstone Wilsonville Honda really is. More
