I have been taking my car in to Wilsonville Honda for service since I purchased it there seven years ago and have never had anything but courteous, and confident service. This last time I went for a “drop on oil change” meaning I had no appointment, they did find a few other things that needed attention. I was not really surprised as I have 95,000 miles on it and have never had anything major go wrong. They explained what my options were in addressing the necessary repairs. Even though they were really busy that day, they made time to do the necessary repairs. They even gave me a loaner so I wouldn’t have to wait there for seven hours. I have never felt pressured from them. They are kind, courteous, honest, and competent. I have always been happy with their advice and their work, I will definitely be purchasing my next car from them and continue to have it serviced there. More
