I would recommend this salesman and dealership whole-heartedly! I have purchased many cars in my life and this was at the top of my list for pleasure and satisfaction. I hadn't been in the building but a few seconds when a staff person welcomed me and tried to help. There was NO high pressure tactics from anyone at the dealership... they treated me as a "guest"; not a customer. I left the first night after seeing a few cars I was considering and Michael took my cell phone # in case another car that met my criteria came in, but did NOT hound me as other dealership sales people had tried to do. I ended up buying one of the cars there at a fair price. They said they would fix 3 flaws and true to their word they did! One item they even replaced with a new component when the "fix" didn't look as good as they thought it would!! Amazing!! I bought another car in November at a dealer in Gladstone and it was 180 degree difference; I will NEVER enter their doors again. They are an amazing group of people at this dealership and I will continue maintenance there with my car on things they are equipped to do for my Subaru. They even were honest enough to tell me I was better off at a Subaru dealer for some of the items I asked about!! More
I was fortunate to work with Gaylen in the purchase of my new Honda Fit. She was excellent to work with -- very pleasant, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable both about the product (my car!) and about t new Honda Fit. This is a no-nonsense establishment and by far was the best car-buying experience ever. I feel that I got the best overall price for my vehicle and a fair trade-in allowance. There is no wasted time in the "haggling" department; in fact, there was no "haggling." I really want to stress that my overall pleasant experience was due mostly to Gaylen. I have a new respect for women in the car dealing business! Thank you Gaylen! More

They provided me a loaner car while the work was being done and alleviated every worry and concern I had regarding my vehicle. We took a 2000 crv in for an emergency repair. The cost of repair was not worth doing so we decided to just shop to find out if we should buy a new car even though we had no intention of buying. The service and price convinced us we should go ahead and buy the 2014 Honda accord. Later we shopped around and reached the conclusion that we are extremely happy with our decision. More
Kristina is awesome, she sensed my anguish as she shared the bad news that the transmission in my car needed to be replaced and then again as she informed me what the cost would be to me. Not quite what I had in mind for a Christmas present! She went to bat for me. She told me to hang tight over the holidays, try not to worry and then provided me with a loaner car to use while they worked on the cost issue knowing it would be several days before she could even meet with the appropriate personnel to discuss my little problem due her co-workers being out on Christmas Holiday. She and her service team then worked their magic over the next week and managed to find ways to reduce the original estimate amount, huge in my opinion as you don't often hear of dealerships coming to the aid of the customers in this way. It just so happens I usually end up working with Kristina or Jennette. They always make me feel like I am their most important customer. We love to laugh and joke around. The service department at Parker Johnstone Wilsonville Honda s always friendly, professional and will keep me informed as to the progress of the repairs, advises what time my vehicle will be ready, is always willing to provide a shuttle to and from their dealership and when it is time to pick up my car, there are no surprises These are the reasons I can honestly mark "Great" for all categories involved. We were provided service right away. Kathleen was friendly and showed us the car (CRV) we were interested in. After the test drive we were nicely greeted by Kathleen and Gaylen. Gaylen then worked with us the rest of the way to purchase our vehicle. Gaylen was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was easy to talk with her. IT’S TRUE, there’s no haggling, worrying about sticker shock or not being able to get the best deal because of any reason. The entire group over there is fun and natural and made the dreaded car buying experience actually kinda enjoyable. I was impressed with the seating (very comfortable), offered a separate kids play area and every single person that worked there said “hi” and looked at me in the eye. Seems simple but I’m in customer service and it’s the little stuff that makes a difference. I highly recommend getting a HONDA at Parker Johnstone’s Wilsonville Honda and be sure to ask for Geri Reeves! More
I have to admit, this is the best experience my wife and I have ever had with any car purchase we have had in the past. I got a call within 5 minutes of of asking for price inquiry from the website for my trade in. When I came into the dealership I was greeted by Mike, and I felt very comfortable from the get go. He talked me through and showed me exactly what I wanted. We got my trade figured out, and I mocked up a quick Purchase agreement, which I took to my financial Institution, went home that night, talked to the wife. Went to the bank next morning, got the loan, went back to Dealership that night, and with in 2 1/2 hours, all paper work was done, and they even did a dealer trade, so that my wife got the color she wanted, and left that night with a new car.
