Kristina kept me updated on my service, and she didn't pressure me into fixing a non-essential issue when the cost of a part ended up being more than I had expected and could afford at the time (the issue had to be diagnosed before an estimate could be provided). When I came to pick up my car, I was pleasantly surprised to see that some minor paint damage on the dashboard caused by my husband had been fixed at no charge! As always, a great experience with Wilsonville Honda! More

Genuine and Family Friendly Wow. My husband and I bought our first brand new car with the help of Zac Dreyer, Gaylen Cashman, Jeff Gilmore, and Paul Chilton.We went to the dealer Wow. My husband and I bought our first brand new car with the help of Zac Dreyer, Gaylen Cashman, Jeff Gilmore, and Paul Chilton.We went to the dealership a total of 3 times over a length of about two weeks and never once felt pressured to buy. We were encouraged to take our time, go home and think about it, and contact them with any questions in the mean time. We have a four year old and so having the kids playroom upstairs was incredible for being able to focus and get some clear thoughts/conversation with my husband during the process. Jeff helped us with answering MANY questions and going back and forth multiple times working numbers. He was super funny and made the process easier and understandable with sharing his own personal experience. Paul helped us with closing up the deal- and explaining all the paperwork we were signing. Yet another funny guy who had an INCREDIBLE attitude! Zac was the one my husband and I spent majority of our time with. An easy going, honest, real, down to earth person! He worked very well with our four year old (who seemed to enjoy running into him)-which was a relief. He was happy to bring out multiple cars just so we could see the color in daylight vs under the cover. After encouraging us to think about it and bring any questions to him-we definitely did! When we did bring questions to him he answered promptly which made us feel important. Gaylen was a treat! So very sweet and so knowledgeable about the cars! She helped us with the technology and settings of our car and made sure we had all our questions answered before leaving. We were blown away and still keep talking about how genuine everyone was that we met and got help from! Enjoyed the dealers that helped us soooooo much, and would gladly go to them specifically again and again. Couldn't have had that experience go any better! More

I searched for what I wanted and found a great deal on a je My wife and I were in search of a new to us vehicle after hers was totaled in an accident. I searched for what I wanted and found a great deal on a jeep that I really liked at Wilsonville Honda, We looked at the jeep, but, two cars over was a beautiful black Audi Q5, we decided to take it for a test drive and really liked how it drove. As insurance can be, we had to wait a couple days for the check to clear, Gaylen kept me up to date on the q5's status and if it was still there. Monday roled around and it was still there! I had an hour drive and asked if they could hold the vehicle until I got there (Not a normal policy on used vehicles) they did, I got there and made the purchase. My wife is LOVING it, I know she is safer than she was in her other car and the Audi drives amazingly. The sales staff was awesome, there was no pressure, no hidden warranties, fees, or other issues. When it is time to look for another vehicle, these people will have our vote! More

I called in and Anastasia answered. She was very easy-going and made the experience of buying a used car smooth and expedient. She had great input and kept the conversation simple and straight-forward. Once I decided to opt for the car on the lot, I went through the paperwork with Paul, and he too streamlined the experience (his joke delivery was on-point as well). I hope to have my hatchback for years to come, but if/when I do invest in a new car and am still living in Portland, I will definitely be calling Ana first. More

They thoroughly examined and valued the condition and maintenance records of our trade-in (5.7L Toyota Tundra Double Cab, which took 2 days to sell on their web site - good for everyone involved), and they kept me updated on the status of our new '17 Ridgeline RTL-E (very hard to find, 3 month backlog as of October). Our Ridgeline was presented as requested, with the window sticker and interior plastics from the factory left intact. The vehicle drove as hoped, and had only two minor fitment issues (tailgate stickiness and minor panel alignment) that Zac assured us could be "taken care of" as minor adjustments at no cost to us. Highly recommend working with this dealership, as they've been our favorite since moving to OR in 2011. Great team. More
