He understood my hesitancy in coming in to check out the vehicle before agreeing on a price due to the distance from where I live to where they are, so we were able to agree on a price prior to my visit. When we got there, Anastasia was our sales contact person. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. We did not feel pressured in any way and because the price has been agreed on prior to our visit, no haggling! She convinced us to trade in our vehicle and was able to give us a great trade-in value. Communication post purchase has also been great. I highly recommend Parker Johnstone's when you're looking to purchase a car! More
