This month we took the Element in for an air bag recall and came home with a Honda Fit. We have to quit going in there! Everyone there makes it so easy and we love how all the cars are inside and there are so many to choose from and almost every color is displayed. We wouldn't shop anywhere else,but we love the Fit . It is so peppy and cute as a button...our favorite Honda so far. We are senior citizens and it is a perfect fit for us (no pun intended)! More

Gaylen Cashman was helpful, informed, and very friendly on our 2 initial visits to Wilsonville Honda tohe had a supportive and no pressure attitide that allowed my wife and I to carefully weigh the pros and cons of the several vehicle options we were looking at. We did look at other dealerships, but opted to deal with Wilsonville Honda having a good relationship and understanding of their service dept. with our previous Honda vehicle(s). Gaylen and the dealerships sales manager went beyond the norm and helped us to get a great deal on the model, trim, AND color that we wanted. Overall a great experience in a sometimes difficult or undesirable act (dealing with car dealers). More
Upfront and easy start to finish I started the process using TrueCar. I got a quick response from Aaron in the internet department. He gave me exact pricing breakdowns, no surprises. He helped price out the value of my trade in vehicle. He was great! He got me over to Tami Knox to finalize the purchase of the new car. Tami walked me through the numbers, the options for the new car, and explained that although they didn't have the color I wanted they'd get it for me. Two days later I got the call that the car was now in stock and my wife and I with our kids went down to purchase. Tami was excited for us throughout, it made the process stress free! Brandie helped us with the final paperwork, gave opinions on additional add-ons but never pushed us once we said no. From arrival to departure, the whole process probably took under 2 hours. I had an issue with the optional floor mats a few days later, it seems that Honda is saying the mats for the regular civic will fit in the hatchback but they are too big. I emailed Tami, went down to the dealership and service checked it out. Multiple people in service double checked and sure enough, the mats don't fit. Susan in parts helped order the high wall mats to just check the fit out on a floor model. I got a call a few days later, went it to fit the high walls and they're perfect. No extra charge from parts for the price difference due to Honda's mistake. Great customer service all around, I will recommend to friends and family and am happy to service all my Honda vehicles at this dealership in the future. More

From the minute we arrived, Anastasia Dobroskokina was helpful & knowledgable. She let us bring our pit bull in with us, which NO other business would have done. They have water bowls and dog treats too. We found our truck and the process was VERY fast to purchase it and take it home. We were there for about 1-1/2 hours, from the inspection & test drive, to the finance department, and gone. Great experience. We would go back there. More
