Adam was fantastic and so helpful during our car-buying process. He was both kind and knowledgable, and never caused either my husband or I to feel any pressure to make a decision more quickly than we were process. He was both kind and knowledgable, and never caused either my husband or I to feel any pressure to make a decision more quickly than we were comfortable with (color, trim, financing period, etc.) We felt like we could trust him 100%, and he even told us that he drives the same car we were purchasing that day, which instilled confidence that we were selecting a great vehicle. Fouad was friendly upon first meeting, but made us feel uncomfortable when we told him multiple times which financing/coverage we wanted and would work for our budget, and he continued to pressure us into the more expensive options. We even stated "ok, let's please move on" because we had a family event to get to, and he still continued to print new quotes with benefits we didn't ask for (and specifically asked him to not include). This is probably just what comes with buying a new car, but I didn't appreciate it. Our budget and finances are personal, and this was not the time to be aggressively "salesy" when we were already making the largest purchase we'd made in awhile. More
