When we arrived at the dealer, all the options we requested were installed and the car was ready for us to take home. Our sales person, Gaylen, spent time going over all the options and even helped us sync our phones to the car. The day of purchase was really pleasant as well - even the F&I person (Brandie) was kind & understanding for our family's particular interests. This team has some of the best inventory in the area, and they stand behind their product. The 2017 Ridgeline I purchased from them last year needed some minor adjustments to the tailgate and their team had the issue resolved quickly & already knew about the TSB. 2007 S2000 had a VSC error and they got the system reflashed with no problems in the 2 years since that update. Great Sales & Service there, and Parker (famous racecar driver) is just as matter-of-fact approachable & nice as can be. Highly recommend this place and will continue purchasing our vehicles there. She helped us look a used car up on carfax and felt the same as we did with making sure our daughter was in a safe reliable car. Our finance guy was equally great. He kept it shortbread and had us out of there in no time. The dealership is one that delievers excellent service and obviously takes pride in their employees. I will refer anyone I know here. Worth the drive!! I first discovered Wilsonville Honda when the window mechanism broke on the way to a movie with my boys. I took it in to them in a panic, as it was raining outside, I couldn't roll up my window, and the boys wanted to see their movie! Kristina handled everything so well, they either gave me a loaner or gave us a ride to the movie, and took such great care of us -- this was SEVERAL years ago, and I've taken my car back to them for service ever since. We live in Beaverton, much closer to another dealership, but I've even had my car towed all the way to Wilsonville to work with them. I think more than once... Kristina always goes out of her way to make sure I have a great loaner. Once she even gave me the hybrid to borrow over the weekend as I had to drive to Bend and back. I won't say I'm happy when I have to go see her, but at least she makes the visit less painful. Thanks so much for the great care! More
