Go above and beyond to help you. We were traveling through the area and the nav system in our new cadillac decided it wasn't going to work. Everything else in the cue worked. So locating the closest dealership to out hotel was Parker. Upon arriving we saw a salesman putting the rope across the lot. We pulled up and we were able to catch him (BRYCE) to ask what time they open tomorrow. He said 8am and we explained we were on a road trip from PA to NM. He asked what the issue was that we were having trouble with. We told him and he easily could have said come back tomorrow and see service, but he did not! He took the time to say "Lets see if we can do a hard restart on your system and it may fix the problem. He stayed there with us and took us step by step through the process to see if it that would fix the problem. Sure enough it did and we were back on the road! Bryce went out of his way, after hours to help us out! Incredible! If you are looking for a salesman who will take excellent care of you, Call Bryce! A major mistake (review will come for that dealership later). Now back to The Parker Team! I started looking for a new CTS comparing everything about them on the internet, and knew for the most part what we wanted. I met Michael on the web and started the ball rolling forward. Michael was able to answer all our questions (very knowledgeable) no hesitation. We talked over everything from our trade to exactly what it was we were looking for. Michael said he would like to take a moment to find us a car, within a few minutes he calls to tell us he has the perfect car, we discuss it and set a time to meet in person. My wife and I might have been a little early, but Michael met us at the door (the car door) that is. He said, since he new we were coming he left time open, just for us.. no interuptions. Totally a new car buying experience for us. A no hassle, no haggle, we went out to look at the car and WOW!! it was exactly all he said it was. SCAREY right? Not this time!! Michael, my wife, and I went in set down and started working on the numbers, again no surprises,well ( one we were told by the dealer in Searcy that there were no incentives on any of the 2012's but could get us in a 2011 easier ). We worked with Michael for a short time, (not the old let me see what my manager says) Pretty much cut and dry. I had told him upfront I was not there to waste his time and did not want to waste mine. My wife is now driving a 2012 CTS with all the bells, whistles, plus a very nice INCENTIVE!! I only wish we had decided to buy a new Cadillac years ago. I plan to be a Cadillac owner for a long time to come. Hats off to the whole Parker Team... If you are looking for a new Cadillac, do yourself a favor make PARKER your first stop and it will be your only stop.. Made us feel like family not just another car buyer. More
